KG Instruments - maker & supplier of violins, violas, cellos, basses

We have recently become aware that copies of KG instruments have begun appearing for sale on the violin market. These are inferior products that have not been made to our high standards of craftsmanship. They contain a fake label visible through the left f-hole as follows:

Note that the company name is given as "KG Violin International".

While it may be true that imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, we would greatly appreciate hearing from anyone who has seen these instruments for sale or knows any details about their origins. We are obviously very concerned that the high reputation of KG instruments might be damaged by these low-grade imitations.
